Customer Content

Customers remain responsible for content they upload, publish or distribute through their services and for obtaining permissions required for that content.

Reporting Copyright Concerns

A report should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location, provide sufficient contact information, and explain the reporter's basis for asserting rights in the work.

Front Line may request additional information before acting and will process reports according to applicable Canadian law.

Reporting Security or Abuse

Reports involving phishing, malware, attacks, compromised services or other urgent abuse should include the affected hostname or IP address, timestamps where available, relevant logs or evidence, and contact information for follow-up.

Front Line may temporarily contain an affected service while investigating a credible immediate security threat.
