Front Line may process account and contact information, service configuration, orders, billing status, authentication and security information, support communications and other information required to provide requested services.
Operational and Security Data
Front Line may process service-health information, resource usage, network and security events, IP addresses, authentication events, audit records and other technical metadata needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the platform.
Automation
Information may be processed by automated systems for provisioning, billing status, monitoring, security protection, service management and customer support.
NORA Beta
Interactions with NORA may be processed to provide the requested assistance, maintain service context, troubleshoot problems and improve platform operations.
Do not provide NORA with passwords, private keys, recovery codes, payment-card numbers or other authentication secrets.
Protection and Retention
Front Line uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect platform information. Information should be retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate operational requirements.
Questions and Requests
Customers can use the Front Line support channel for privacy questions, correction requests or other privacy inquiries. Applicable privacy rights remain subject to Canadian law.
