FRONT LINE PRIVATE SERVERS

Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Front Line Private Servers websites, hosting services, control panels, automated systems and related services.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 26, 2026

1. Agreement

By ordering, accessing or using a Front Line service, the customer agrees to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable service terms and other policies incorporated into the service.

Customers must provide accurate account information and keep their authorized contact information current.

2. Automated Hosting Platform

Front Line is designed as an automated hosting platform. Eligible services may be provisioned, configured, activated, monitored, renewed, restricted, suspended or otherwise managed through automated systems.

Automation may respond to payment status, service state, resource limits, security indicators, abuse indicators, infrastructure health and other operational conditions.

Automated provisioning is not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Provisioning may be delayed by capacity, maintenance, payment verification, security review, technical failure or other operational requirements.

Front Line may review, override, reverse or supplement automated actions when appropriate.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for activity performed through their accounts, services and credentials, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Customers must use reasonable security practices, protect authentication credentials, maintain supported software and promptly report suspected account or service compromise.

4. Billing, Renewal and Non-Payment

Prices, billing periods and included resources are those displayed at the time of purchase unless subsequently changed in accordance with applicable terms and law.

Services may be automatically suspended after a payment becomes overdue. Continued non-payment may result in termination and eventual deletion of service data after any applicable notice or retention period.

Payment does not authorize activity prohibited by Front Line policy.

5. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All purchases, payments, renewals, upgrades, setup fees, service charges and prepaid service periods are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected service, billing period, resource allocation, software requirements and other service details before completing a purchase.

A customer choosing not to use a purchased service, changing their mind, failing to configure or access the service, or cancelling before the end of a prepaid billing period does not create an entitlement to a refund or prorated credit.

Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy does not create an entitlement to a refund or service credit.

Service cancellation normally prevents future renewal. Unless Front Line expressly states otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current or previously paid billing period.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors and circumstances in which applicable law requires a remedy will be reviewed separately.

Any discretionary credit or refund issued by Front Line in a particular circumstance does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in another case.

6. Backups and Customer Data

Unless a purchased service expressly includes a specific managed backup commitment, customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

Any backup, snapshot or recovery feature provided by Front Line should be treated as an additional recovery mechanism and not as the customer's only copy of important information.

7. Security and Emergency Intervention

Front Line may immediately isolate, restrict or suspend a service when reasonably necessary to contain an active attack, compromise, serious abuse, material security threat or risk to other customers or infrastructure.

Where circumstances reasonably permit, Front Line may contact the customer and allow remediation before longer-term enforcement. Emergency containment does not require Front Line to leave harmful traffic or compromised services online while an investigation occurs.

8. Resource Limits and Platform Integrity

Customers may not deliberately evade quotas, restrictions, isolation controls or resource limits. Front Line may limit workloads that materially degrade platform stability or other customers' services.

9. Service Availability

Front Line aims to provide reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a specific written service-level commitment states otherwise.

Maintenance, upstream failures, attacks, hardware failure, software defects and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

10. Suspension and Termination

Front Line may suspend or terminate services for material or repeated policy violations, non-payment, fraud, serious security threats or unlawful use, subject to applicable law.

A sufficiently serious single violation may justify immediate suspension or termination. Suspension or termination does not guarantee continued preservation of customer data.

11. NORA Beta

NORA is an experimental AI support and operations assistant. NORA may provide technical guidance, diagnostics, explanations and supported management assistance.

NORA may make mistakes. Her responses do not modify these Terms, billing records, security policy or decisions of authorized Front Line personnel. Critical security, billing, legal, ownership and data-recovery matters should be escalated to Front Line support.

12. Limitation and Applicable Rights

Services are provided subject to the rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Front Line is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption, customer configuration, unauthorized account access or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Changes

Front Line may update these Terms as the platform and services evolve. Material changes will be handled with notice where required by applicable law or contractual commitments.
